Comprehensive Cancer Centers Foundation, Inc brings exhibit to Vegas
WHAT: Comedian and cancer survivor Robert Schimmel will attend the free Oncology On Canvas art exhibit Sept. 9 between 10 a.m. and noon at the Fashion Show Mall. Schimmel is a survivor of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and developed a stand-up routine based on his own cancer experiences.
He will be available for interviews to discuss how comedy, laughter and art help patients cope with and overcome cancer and its treatments.
